This website is operated by Nessa Wei (Soul Alchemy), a sole trader based in Horsham, West Sussex, United Kingdom. For any question about your personal data, you can reach us at nessa.wei.uk@gmail.com.

When you use this site, we may collect:

• Your name and email address, when you submit a contact or booking form.
• The question or context you share with us, so we can prepare your reading or session.
• For a Soul Alchemy Map, your date, time and place of birth, which is required to prepare an astrological reading.
• Payment details, handled directly by our payment providers — we never see or store your card details.
• Basic, anonymised website usage data (pages visited, general location, device type), if you consent to analytics cookies.

We use your information to:

• Prepare and deliver the reading or session you have requested.
• Confirm, reschedule or follow up on a booking.
• Respond to your enquiries.
• Understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing profiling.

To run this practice, a small number of trusted service providers process data on our behalf. Each is only given what it needs to do its job:

• Practice Better — our booking and scheduling platform.
• Stripe — payment processing for paid sessions.
• Airtable — secure storage of booking and reading records.
• Brevo — sending confirmation and delivery emails.
• Telegram — internal notifications to Nessa's team.
• YouTube — hosting for recorded readings, where a reading is delivered as a video.
• An AI language service (via OpenRouter) — used to help draft the written summary of a reading from Nessa's own recorded words. It processes the content of a reading, never your payment details.
• Google Analytics — website usage statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK/EEA (for example, in the United States). Where that is the case, they provide appropriate safeguards for your data, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.

We keep booking and reading records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our accounting and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see "Your rights" below.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how it is used. Google Analytics sets cookies only after you give consent via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share cookie data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
• Withdraw consent (for example, to cookies) at any time.

This site and its services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practice or the law. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
